Refund Policy

Overview

TokenSave's free tier (rule files, Cursor rule, lite/full modes) is MIT licensed and costs nothing, so it is never subject to a refund. This policy applies to paid plans (Pro, Team, Enterprise) billed through Paddle.com, our merchant of record.

14-day money-back guarantee

If you are not satisfied with a paid plan, contact us within 14 days of your initial purchase and we will work with Paddle to issue a full refund of that charge. No justification is required for the first purchase within this window.

Renewals

Subscriptions renew automatically. Renewal charges are generally non-refundable, but you can cancel at any time to stop future renewals — access continues until the end of the current billing period. If a renewal caught you by surprise, contact us within 14 days of that charge and we will review it in good faith.

What is not eligible

  • Requests made more than 14 days after the relevant charge.
  • Plans where the license key has been shared or used beyond the purchased seats, in breach of the Terms.
  • The free tier, which is provided at no cost.

How to request a refund

Email hello@tokensave.dev with the email address used at checkout and your Paddle order or receipt number. Approved refunds are processed by Paddle to your original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.

Chargebacks

If something went wrong, please reach out first — we resolve almost everything faster than a chargeback. Opening a chargeback without contacting us may result in suspension of access to paid features.
